Please note: Title work and boat registration must be completed by 3:30 PM.

  

Blanco County Tax office strictly collects Motor Vehicle/Trailer registration. This office also performs vehicle title transfers, disabled placards and collects the County's portion(s) of TABC (Texas Alcohol Beverage Commission) tax.

We only process boat registration - CASH or CREDIT CARD ONLY. Boat registrations must be completed by 3:30pm daily. 

Property tax matters are handled at the Blanco County Appraisal District or contact them at 830.868.4013.

    This office processes vehicle registration renewals, vehicle title work, disabled placards, collects TABC taxes and Texas Parks and Wildlife boat renewal registration. 

    Title work MUST be completed by 3:30 PM

    BOTH LOCATIONS ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS, AND CREDIT CARDS (DISCOVER, MASTERCARD AND VISA).
    THERE IS A PROCESSING FEE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD. If the transaction is less than $100 the fee is $3.00.  Over $100 the fee is a percentage depending on whether you run the card as a debit, 1.95% of the transaction, or credit, 2.65% of the transaction.
