NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE COMMMISSIONERS COURT OF

BLANCO COUNTY , TEXAS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REGULAR MEETING WILL BE HELD ON THE 9th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2010 AT 9:00 A.M. IN THE BLANCO COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN JOHNSON CITY, TEXAS:

WITH THE FOLLOWING AGENDA:

1.         Consider approval of the February 2010 payroll.  Vote on any action taken.  (Judge Guthrie)

2.         Consider approval of the official reports.  Vote on any action taken.  (Judge Guthrie)

3.         Consider approval of the outstanding bills.  Vote on any action taken.  (Judge Guthrie)

4.         Consider approval of minutes of prior Commissioners Court meeting(s).  Vote on any action taken.  (Judge Guthrie)

5.         Consider update on building projects.  Information item only.  (Judge Guthrie)

6.         Consider accepting resignation of Mike Pippen from the South Blanco County Emergency Services District board.  Vote on any action taken.  (Judge Guthrie)

7.         Consider recommendation of Martha Miller to replace Mike Pippen on the South Blanco County Emergency Services District board for the unexpired term to end December 2010.  Vote on any action taken.  (Judge Guthrie)

8.         Consider appointments to the South Blanco County Emergency Services District board for a two (2) year term:  Theresa Turner and Kelly Dowdy.  Vote on any action taken.  (Judge Guthrie)

9.         Consider extension of bond for the waste water treatment plant for the Rockin J Subdivision.  Vote on any action taken.  (Commissioner Granberg)

10.       Consider discussion of the Middle Creek Crossing bridge.  Vote on any action taken.  (Commissioner Granberg)

11.       Consider authorization to contract with vendors for CAPCOG grant funded recycling event.  Vote on any action taken.  (Commissioner Granberg)

12.       EXECUTIVE SESSION:  In accordance with Texas Government Code Section 551.071, consultation with attorney regarding matters related to contemplated litigation with Arrow Bail Bonds.

13.       OPEN SESSION:  Discussion and possible action regarding matters related to Executive Session as noted in agenda item 11.

14.       Adjourn.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS:

The Blanco County Commissioners Court reserves the right to enter into an executive session on any deliberation as authorized by Texas Government Code Chapter 551 Subchapter D.
