NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A
SPECIAL
MEETING WILL BE HELD ON THE
26TH
DAY OF
JANUARY, 2010
AT
9:00A.M.
IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF THE COUNTY COURTHOUSE IN JOHNSON CITY, TEXAS,
WITH THE FOLLOWING AGENDA:
1. Consider approval of the outstanding
bills. Vote on any action taken. (Judge Guthrie)
2. Consider approval of minutes of prior
Commissioners Court meeting(s). Vote on any action taken. (Judge Guthrie)
3. Consider update on building projects.
Information item only. (Judge Guthrie)
4. Consider annual report from the Texas Housing
Foundation and reappointment of Susan Hamm to the Texas Housing Foundation Board of Directors for a
two (2) year term. Vote on any action taken. (Judge Guthrie)
5. Consider appointments to the North Blanco
County Emergency Services District Board for a two (2) year term: Ed Hullum and
Jerry Wenmohs. Vote on any action taken. (Judge Guthrie)
6. Consider appointments to the South Blanco
County Emergency Services District Board for a two (2) year term. Vote on any action
taken. (Judge Guthrie)
7. Consider participation in the State of Texas
program for on-line motor vehicle registration. Vote on any action taken. (Hollis
Boatright, TAC)
8. Consider accepting the Sheriff’s Department
racial profiling report for 2009. Vote on any action taken. (Sheriff Elsbury)
9. Consider approval of final plans for annex
project, authorization to issue plans for bidding and authorization to advertise and publish legal
notices. Vote on any action taken. (Judge Guthrie)
10. Adjourn.
